Park Avenue Highrise

JoLynne Szymanski is an Atlanta native and grew up in a real estate family. She has been helping home buyers and sellers since 2001. JoLynne began her real estate career with a notable custom home builder, and soon after began a new role in on-site sales for a single family builder. Since 2006, JoLynne has been working as a High Rise Condo Specialist for the Park Signature Group alongside her father, Jim Henderson. JoLynne is the Buckhead high rise market expert, and specializes in luxury condominiums. She is a member of the Atlanta Board of REALTORS® and the Harry Norman, REALTORS® Buckhead North Office.

JoLynne graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1991 and entered the technology field in both sales and recruiting. JoLynne is married with a talented and beautiful daughter. Her home real estate sales office is in Park Place on Peachtree, and she welcomes you to walk-in for a showing or presentation anytime.
